The Rolling Carinderia

Kain na, Tally.

Home-style Filipino food from a rolling neighborhood kitchen — lumpia, pancit, adobo, and a little shelf of snacks that taste like home.

Coming soon — Phase 0: Initial planning

What’s a carinderia?

In the Philippines, a carinderia is the neighborhood eatery — home cooking, fair prices, plastic chairs out front, and food that doesn’t need a menu explanation because everyone grew up on it. We’re putting one on wheels and bringing it to Tallahassee’s streets, campuses, and events.

Everything is cooked the way it’s made at home: adobo braised low and slow, pancit tossed to order, lumpia rolled by hand. Pull up a chair.
